You will receive an order conformation via email. This is your ticket which you must either print or show on your smartphone at our venue.
The Barcode shown in your ticket will be scanned at the venue to validate your ticket and is valide for the number or persons you bought tickets for.
No, once a ticket has been purchased we are sadly unable to issue any refunds, even if you can’t make it to the venue on the day of the show
Yes, you can purchase additional tickets from our Events Page until the show is sold out or just before it starts.
Yes, you can purchase additional tickets at the venue itself on the day of the show as well, unless the show is sold out.
Keep in mind though that the price will be higher as Early Bird prices are only available when purchasing the tickets through our webshop. See event details for the price difference.
You can purchase Drink tokens at our venue itself. Soon we will open a special Muziekcafé de Meister Store on our website where you can purchase as many Drink tokens in advance as you like.
You can also order 10 additional drink tokens and receive 1 drink for free when you order your drink tokens on this order page directly with your ticket. This offer is only available during checkout exclusively.
